2025-2026 Medical Marijuana Act Enforcement Grants

PCCD will distribute a portion of medical marijuana tax revenue to local police departments that demonstrate need for enforcing the State Medical Marijuana Act. Funds may be used for Drug Recognition Expert training, education and awareness programs, and other enforcement activities to address emerging issues.
