FY2026 State Earthquake Assistance Grants (NEHRP) for High-Risk States and Territories

FEMA’s NEHRP provides non-competitive grants to eligible U.S. states and territories with high or very high earthquake risk to support earthquake monitoring, safety, mitigation, and resilience activities. Funding must align with NEHRP goals, and participating states must generally meet a 25% non-federal cost share requirement (not required for insular areas/territories).
