Purpose:
Pursuant to Section 8008(b)(1) of Proposition 68, up to 10% of the funds available may be allocated for technical assistance to disadvantaged communities. RMC’s Technical Assistance Program (TAP) supports local communities with application assistance with the goal of facilitating access to the Conservancy’s funding programs.
