The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) discretionary program provides funding and technical assistance to eligible Pennsylvania municipalities. Support is for a range of eligible community development activities as defined by program rules. Participation is limited to municipalities identified under Pennsylvania Act 179 of 1984 (as amended).
