Algorithms for Modern Power Systems
The AMPS program funds research to create next-generation mathematical and statistical algorithms that enhance the security, reliability, and efficiency of the modern electric grid. It is a joint effort between NSF's Division of Mathematical Sciences and DOE's Office of Electricity Delivery & Energy Reliability to support algorithmic advances for power-system challenges.
