This ROSES 2025 program element funds XRISM General Observer Type 2 (NSPIRES) proposals. The February 27, 2026 due date is finalized for both Type-1 Phase-1 and Type-2 proposals. The call allows new coordinated observations with XMM-Newton and NuSTAR and permits time-constrained or Target-of-Opportunity observations up to a combined 20% of total observing time.
