The OVW FY 2026 Local Law Enforcement Grants support states, Indian tribes, and local governments to prevent, enforce, and prosecute cybercrimes targeting individuals. Eligible cybercrime efforts include actions like harassment, threats, stalking, extortion, coercion, intimidation, or non-consensual distribution of intimate images (with or without computer use being an explicit element).
