Snow Water Supply Forecasting Program FY 2026
The Bureau of Reclamation's FY2026 NOFO requests proposals to conduct aerial LiDAR snow surveys to improve water supply forecasting by enhancing snow monitoring with emerging technologies. Applicants should partner with water management and forecasting agencies to incorporate LiDAR data into operational forecasts and evaluate its usefulness for water-resource decision making.
