Rare Earth Elements Demonstration Facility
This NOFO invites applications to design, construct, commission, and operate a demonstration facility that separates rare earth elements from acid mine drainage or mine waste. The facility should convert the separated material into rare earth oxides and further refine it into rare earth metals at one site.
