THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO MILL AND INLAY APPROXIMATELY 2.909 MILES OF HIGHWAY 71B IN BENTON COUNTY. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF ACHM SURFACE COURSE, COLD MILLING ASPHALT PAVEMENT, ACHM PATCHING OF EXISTING ROADWAY, MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC, LOOP WIRING, PAVEMENT MARKING, AND MISC. ITEMS.
