Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act Title II and Welfare Education Program Funding WIOA RFP (2027-2032)
Jackson County Port Authority is seeking sealed bids to rehab two at-grade railroad crossings north of the “B” warehouses at the Port of Pascagoula in Mississippi. The work includes replacing subgrade and sub ballast, ties, OTM, rail bolts, asphalt, and related site improvements for each crossing (about 90 linear feet each).
