Mahard Parkway Medians
The Town of Prosper is seeking competitive sealed proposals to construct the Mahard Parkway medians in Texas. Bids are due by 2:00 PM on June 23, 2026 via IonWave or in hard copy, with a bid opening at 3:00 PM the same day. Contractors must submit a 5% bid security (cashier’s check or bid bond) and, if awarded, provide performance, payment, and two-year maintenance bonds.
