FTA FY26 Bus Safety, Accessibility, and Innovation grants for bus safety and prototyping (up to $10M)
The Federal Transit Administration will fund up to two competitive projects (up to $10 million total) to develop and prototype innovative, widely deployable concepts that improve bus safety for operators and vulnerable road users and increase accessibility for passengers. The work must focus on both existing and new bus applications and result in prototypes that can be deployed broadly.
