Volunteer Loan Assistance Program (VLAP)
The Fire and Emergency Medical Services Loan Program provides loans at a fixed 2 percent interest rate to fire and Emergency Medical Services companies for the acquisition, rehabilitation, or improvement of apparatus, facilities, and equipment.
