BARK program: develop interoperable medical products for humans and military working dogs

The BARK (Broadening Availability of Regimens for K-9s) open-topic effort funds development of medical products that work across both humans and military working dogs. The goal is interoperability and compatibility so health needs of human warfighters and K-9s can be met together. Projects focus on creating regimens/products that can be used effectively in both settings.
