Medicare Set Aside (MSA) Services
NYSIF is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide Medicare Set-Aside allocation services for workers’ compensation claims it refers. Services include reviewing cases, projecting medical and prescription costs, preparing MSA documentation, and submitting materials to CMS when authorized by NYSIF. Multiple contracts are expected, with proposals due August 26, 2026.
