Operation of Community College EOCs
This is an award notice for a single-source, five-year agreement (07/01/2026–06/30/2031) with multiple New York community colleges to operate Education/Employment/Resource Centers (EOCs). The program will deliver academic, remedial, and vocational training aimed at improving outcomes for disadvantaged residents of New York State.
