Strategic Implementation Lead Grants for Puget Sound Action Agenda (Habitat, Shellfish, Stormwater)

EPA is soliciting applications for Strategic Implementation Leads to support implementation of the Puget Sound 2026–2030 Action Agenda. Grants will fund coordinated regional work to advance habitat, shellfish, and stormwater priorities and demonstrate measurable progress toward Vital Sign Targets, Progress Measures, and National Estuary Program reporting measures.
