FY 2026-27 Unserved/Underserved Child and Youth Advocacy (XY) Program Supplemental
This supplemental program provides additional funds to help organizations maintain or enhance existing services for unserved or underserved child and youth crime victims/survivors. Support includes dedicating staff time, hiring staff who reflect the population, training on cultural norms, and expanding outreach to reach those who are most underserved.
