Eligibility
Eligible applicants include: urban property owners, developers, and local governments.
Eligible Geographies: Urban properties only. Per Health and Safety Code §§ 78168, 80200-80280, 80350 and 80355, eligible properties include brownfields or underutilized properties in California.
