Permitting Modernization
Background The State of Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) is seeking professional services to support the permitting reform activities of the Division of Water. This initiative aims to modernize and streamline the permitting process while ensuring the protection of Delaware's water resources. The RFP is issued pursuant to 29 Del. C. §§ 6981 and 6982.
