FY2026 Sea Grant Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship for U.S. graduate students
The FY2026 Sea Grant Dean John A. Knauss Marine Policy Fellowship supports graduate students with an approximately $95,600 fellowship package to pursue marine policy work. Applications are expected to fund at least 35 fellows, including assignments to the legislative branch. Projects must be conducted in the U.S., its territories, or their waterways.
