Legal Advice and Services on the Application of the New York Freedom of Information Law ( FOIL )
The New York State Gaming Commission has awarded a contract for legal advice and services on how to apply New York’s Freedom of Information Law (FOIL). The contract runs for two years starting June 27, 2025, and an approved contract value increase will allow payment for work already completed. This is an awarded/approved contract amendment, not a new open call for proposals.
