Ryan White ADAP Emergency Relief Fund (ERF) for states to reduce HIV medication waiting lists

The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program Emergency Relief Fund (ERF) provides additional resources to eligible states and territories. It helps prevent, reduce, or eliminate ADAP waiting lists and address ADAP funding shortfalls by supporting medication purchasing and/or health care coverage assistance, alongside RWHAP Part B ADAP.
