Ryan White ADAP Emergency Relief Fund for states and territories
The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program’s AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) Emergency Relief Fund provides additional resources to states and territories to reduce or eliminate ADAP waiting lists and address shortfalls. Funds must be used alongside RWHAP Part B ADAP support and may cover medication purchases or health care coverage assistance for eligible low-income people with HIV.
