Continuum of Care Builds (CoC Builds)
CoC Builds funds construction, acquisition, or rehabilitation to create new units of permanent supportive housing (PSH) for people and families experiencing homelessness when a household member has a disability. Most funding requested must go toward creating new PSH units, while supportive services and project administration may also be eligible under specified limits.
