Background The Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, Professional and Vocational Licensing Division, is seeking proposals for services to administer nurse aide examinations and maintain a nurse aide registry. This initiative is in compliance with the federal Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (OBRA) of 1987.
