PA Act 167 Stormwater Grants — Phase I scope study
Pennsylvania DEP will fund counties to prepare a Phase I scope of study for Act 167 watershed stormwater management plans, reimbursing costs for plan preparation and revision. Counties must consult municipalities and review plans at least every five years; after DEP approval of Phase I, Phase II (or parts of it) may be authorized to complete or update the Act 167 plan.
