Funds projects that improve the teaching and study of the humanities at colleges and universities with fewer than 10,000 undergraduates. Eligible institutions include community colleges, minority-serving institutions, rural colleges, or schools where over 40% of students receive Pell grants. Designed for institutions rather than individuals.
