CAS/CANS Functional Needs Assessment Services
OPWDD is seeking a vendor through an RFP to provide CAS/CANS functional needs assessment services for eligible individuals in New York State receiving OPWDD supports. The selected bidder will administer NYS-approved functional needs assessments and there will be one contract awarded for these services. The procurement also includes specific goals for SDVOB and MWBE participation.
