902 Municipal Recylcling Program Development and Implementation Grant
These grants reimburse counties and municipalities for 90% of eligible costs to develop and implement recycling programs under Act 101, Section 902. Before applying, applicants must attend a pre-application conference with the relevant Regional Recycling Program Contact. Funding covers qualifying development and implementation expenses, with reimbursement based on approved eligible costs.
