Background The Oklahoma State Department of Health (OSDH) is seeking input from pharmaceutical manufacturers regarding the production of fast-acting biosimilar insulin. This initiative is part of the Insulin Access and Affordability Program established by SB 1344, which was signed into law on May 1, 2026. The program aims to enhance access to affordable insulin for residents of Oklahoma.
