Woodcock Creek Lake Bossard Building Roof Replacement
Opportunity: Replace the shingle roof and all gutters/downspouts on the Bossard Building.
Scope of work:
- Full tear-off and disposal of existing roofing, including shingles, felt, drip edges, flashing, and pipe boots.
- Install new roofing system: underlayment, ice barrier, shingles, ridge cap, pipe boots, louvered attic vents, and new flashing at all penetrations.
