Green Energy Loan Fund (GELF)
GELF provides loans for projects that finance energy improvements designed to lower operating costs and enhance comfort, reliability, and community resilience in Pennsylvania. Eligible proposals must meet defined energy performance targets and include meaningful community benefits such as stronger essential services, housing affordability support, and job creation or retention.
