Open-Architecture Low-Volume Software Defined Radio for Navy Aircraft
Funded effort to design, build, and demonstrate an innovative airborne software-defined radio that reduces size, weight, power, and/or complexity compared to current airborne radios. The solution must use a Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to enable seamless integration across Navy and Marine Corps fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and UAV platforms.
