Right of Way Turnkey Acquisition Services PI 0015382
Georgia Department of Transportation is soliciting qualified teams to provide right-of-way acquisition services for I-285 (SR 8 to SR 280) in Fulton County. The scope includes project management, preliminary cost estimation, negotiations from pre-acquisition through closing, valuation support, and relocation assistance.
