The Office of Naval Research seeks solutions that enable divers or ROVs to deploy payloads to neutralize deep-water mines and water-borne IEDs for Expeditionary Mine Countermeasures forces. Technologies may transition to the Navy’s EOD Maritime Expeditionary Standoff Response (MESR) program. Industry Day is Jan 31, 2025, with registration due Jan 10, 2025.
