FY 2025 Allotments and Guidance for State Foreign Labor Certification Grants (through FY 2027)

The Department of Labor issued planning guidance for State Workforce Agencies on foreign labor certification grants through FY 2027 and announced FY 2025 grant allotments. This is an informational notice for SWAs, not a competitive funding opportunity. Questions should be directed to the OFLC National Office.

To provide guidance to State Workforce Agencies (SWAs) applicable through FY 2028 and announce the grant allotments for FY 2026 foreign labor certification grants. SWA staff should direct all grant-related questions to the OFLC National Office at FLC.Grant@dol.gov.
