Native American tribal organizations (other than Federally recognized tribal governments)
Nonprofits that do not have a 501(c)(3) status with the IRS, other than institutions of higher education
Public and State controlled institutions of higher education

Applicants must have experience conducting research, assessing the needs of older adults, and developing best practices to be utilized by the targeted populations identified in the funding announcement. Native American Resource Centers currently funded under this program are eligible to apply. …
