OVW Fiscal Year 2026 Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction (STCJ) Grant Program
This grant program helps Tribal governments prepare to exercise, or strengthen their exercise of, Special Tribal Criminal Jurisdiction over certain crimes committed by non-Indians within their territory.
