The NIMH ARCs grant supports creative and cross-disciplinary research in various fields, such as foundational studies, neuro-HIV research, behavioral and social sciences, biostatistics and data analysis, and a combination of biobehavioral, clinical, translational, and implementation sciences.

Key eligibility requirements and restrictions:

  • Research capacity expectation: To demonstrate sufficient capacity, the applicant organization is expected to have at least 4 active NIMH research project awards (R-series) and 2 additional NIH awards at the time of submission.
