Marcellus Legacy Fund: Watershed Restoration and Protection Program (WRPP) for stream pollution cleanup
The Watershed Restoration and Protection Program (WRPP), funded through Pennsylvania’s Marcellus Legacy Fund, supports projects that restore and protect streams impaired by nonpoint source runoff pollution. The aim is to reduce pollution impacts and ultimately remove treated stream reaches from the state’s list of impaired waters.

Eligibility
Projects which involve the construction, improvement, expansion, repair, maintenance or rehabilitation of new or existing watershed protection Best Management Practices (BMPs).
There is a maximum of $300,000 for any project. A 15% match of the total project cost is required.
