THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO OVERLAY APPROXIMATELY 1.54 MILES OF BLACKJACK MOUNTAIN ROAD AND APPROXIMATELY 1.10 MILES OF OLD RAILROAD ROAD IN WHITE COUNTY. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF AGGREGATE BASE COURSE, ACHM SURFACE COURSE, COLD MILLING ASPHALT PAVEMENT, ACHM PATCHING OF EXISTING ROADWAY, MAINTENANCE OF TRAFFIC, AND MISC. ITEMS.
