The intent and purpose of this IFB, is to establish an annual contract with a qualified suppler to furnish and provide Print and Document Services to the County of Henrico, Virginia (the âCountyâ) and Henrico County Public Schools (âHCPSâ) in accordance with the Scope of Work/Services section of the solicitation.
