Community Noise Mitigation Program
The Office of Local Defense Community Cooperation offers grants to install sound insulation in community facilities near active-duty and Guard/Reserve military installations. $75 million was made available ($56.25M for active-duty areas and $18.75M for Guard/Reserve), with proposals due July 9, 2025. Pre-proposal webinars were held on June 2 and June 12, 2025.
