Eligibility

The following types of projects are eligible for funding through the Pilot Program: 1. Mixed-Use Site Development – an eligible applicant prepares infrastructure-deficient land for future mixed-use development. 2. Conversion Projects – an eligible applicant repurposes an existing commercial or industrial structure for future mixed-use. 3. Rehabilitation Projects – an eligible applicant rehabilitates a vacant or underutilized structure for future mixed-use. 4. A combination of the three above mentioned types of projects. Projects must include both residential and non-residential components to be eligible for grant funding under the Pilot Program. Residential uses include the development of both rental and owner-occupied residential units.
