Grants to Support Services for Victims of Technology‑Facilitated Abuse (FY25)

The Office for Victims of Crime is offering funding to support services for people harmed by technology‑facilitated abuse, such as online bullying, harassment, stalking, intimidation, or control. Grants will help organizations provide safety, advocacy, and recovery support for affected victims. Applications are invited from programs addressing these harms in their communities.

This notice of funding opportunity will support services to victims of technology-facilitated abuse, defined as the use of technology and the Internet to bully, harass, stalk, intimidate, or control a victim.
