Electronic Monitoring Services
The Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department is seeking an electronic monitoring system and related services to supervise court-ordered adult and juvenile offenders. The system would support pre-trial and post-conviction monitoring for property and person crimes, including enhanced supervision for high-risk domestic violence cases and victim tracking.
