2026 Parking Lot and Alley Improvements
This project shall consist of the resurfacing of 8,785 SY of asphalt parking lot and alley including curb and gutter repair, structure adjustments, parking lot restriping, and all other collateral work such as restoration for Commuter Parking Lots B and D in downtown Downers Grove and the Lane Place and Fairview Avenue alleys in accordance with the project specifications.
