National Ombudsman Resource Center
ACL plans to award one cooperative agreement to operate the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC). NORC will provide support, technical assistance, and training to the 53 state long-term care ombudsman programs to strengthen their management and advocacy capabilities. The goal is to improve how effectively ombudsmen advocate for residents in long-term care facilities.
