Cooperative agreement to run the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center
ACL will award one cooperative agreement to operate the National Long-Term Care Ombudsman Resource Center (NORC). NORC will support, provide technical assistance, and train the 53 state long-term care ombudsman programs to strengthen their capacity to advocate for residents. The goal is to improve skills and management of state ombudsman efforts across long-term care facilities.
