GREGoRi Technology Integration Center (U01, Clinical Trials Optional)
GREGoRi will fund a Technology Integration Center to modernize rare-disease genomic diagnosis by creating standards and best practices for applying new molecular and analytical methods. The Center’s key output will be a multidimensional dataset to support development and benchmarking of novel diagnostic tools and strategies for identifying causal genes or variants in rare genetic disorders.
